The Importance of Internal Developer Experience

Piyay: We don't spend much time using our UX skills to help them. Reflecting on projects, it's normally like the developing team themselves that say, oh, we need to document in this way and that way. This is generally reflecting within the development team rather than using some of the skills. It struck me that we don't help out maybe as much as we should.
