Is It Possible to Build Out the Substrait Without A, a Risk?

Pecula: I think in some sense, tat m v m e v is kind of a symptom of hyper financialization and not owning the networks that you participate in. So i would like to see just more a local governments. And i don't project anything beyond like, five years, like forty years is too much,. But gining in the next five years, i would just like to see small scale experiments with like, set of populations that can help us think through the a incentive challenges.
