The SEC's Exemptive Relief on Crypto Assets
Permethium is trying to get an exemption under Rule 144, which is basically a lot of the supplies to private securities. It's similar to how GBTC, I think, originally operated but there's no precedent for doing that with a crypto asset. Of course, you'd see litigation in a heartbeat.
