How to Set Up a Daily Calorie Deficit

I like the overlay of that on dieting. I like also that in a, at least in a conceptual way, it's kind of the opposite of diet breaks. Instead of taking periods of time to let off the gas, so to speak, to use a tricluchet, it's doing the opposite. It's getting even more aggressive periodically. You can just have one day where instead of, say, you have a thousand calorie deficit that you want to get over the week, you can get that in one or two days that you have a five hundred calorie net deficit.
