How to Raise Your Vibrations When They Are Low

I would highly recommend having like a journal beside your bed or something and every single morning and at night you write three things that you're grateful for. I feel like this really grounds me and brings me back into my own body especially when things outside feel really chaotic it kind of gives you some time to really reel it back in and just stay really present. Yoga is a great option because it's so like underrated honestly to do Vinyasa yoga you need a lot of strength in your core and it is just really beneficial for your body. We'll see that there's so many exciting things happening all around us the second way is doing some sort of spiritual practice.
