Private equity firms that have stood up a team of experts like that and develop some type of formula or flywheel for repeatability? The VCs are the most obvious example. But I think maybe more interestingly is what the larger traditional funds are doing. They've taken passionate people from already inside the fund to work on it. And they've been diligently companies making some initial more conservative types investments in order to get used to it.
