Three arors, capital a singapore based hedge fund. They falsified records to their lenders and so they have gone and they've ed false diligence in order to get these borrows. There is evidence out there in the industry that some of these records basically soy. That is just explicit fraud. So i guess the net, net is, we're stirting to find out that these guys were just borrowing from everyone under the sun.
