The Importance of Understanding Your Motivations

The same activity can be completely different depending on the context in which you do it or the attitude with the goals that you have. That's why so much of Agile is not good. I guess part of what you're saying is that there's the mechanics, but you have to also understand the motivations that exist that are there and not admitted. And try to understand what maybe your motivations should be.
