I always think that you're also one of the most convincing arguments about why the way the NHS is funded and the way we treat it is not right. In relation to America you compare it to America maybe you can tell people about the example you use in the book of why American health care is maybe not great. I illustrate that with some quite poignant stories about things that can happen in America which would never have happened in the UK just because we're sensible and having gotten off money yeahYeah, there are many patients who are harmed by screening looking for trouble finding trouble treating the trouble and causing far more trouble by treating the trouble that you found than if you had left it alone.
