"Efficiency is just another name for giving everybody more i will still argue that in fact even people's actual choices they are in fact partial toward efficiency," he says. "You might think yeah but as a group we should be scaling people talk like this um you know we shouldn't be trying to get all the time All i'm saying is like your efficiency i don't think it's obviously some value that everybody has agreed to."
