Nick Borsuk: One of the big things that I like to think about here is do you understand the market? He says sometimes it's a place that you've been to, right? Like somebody who started buying Airbnb cabins in Golden BC as an example because they'd been skiing there a bunch of times when they were growing up. And then beyond that, what are the vacancy rates? he asks. "The easiest way to look at that and the easiest way to take a step back is where are people going?" said Borsuk.
