Ten Ways to Improve Your Consistency

It's hard to be consistent when you don't know what you're training for or why you're doing the work. You've got to connect your goals to the process, and then make sure that it makes sense once that's established. So i like to think about training in the context of 18 months blocks so that i can see how the work that i'm doing right now might connect to the training cycle and goal that i might have 12 or 16 months from now. And if it doesn't break down into small steps at first, just keep going with it because  it has a bigger picture.
