New York City is one of the more competitive markets in the US. There's just like all these weird incentive structures that would lead you to believe that the adoption rate of an EHR on its own would have been really slow. The government said, we need meaningful use was the term, right? We had a set of requirements that must be there. And basically what you saw were the players who were around at the time, were there in teams, and they had engineers.
