Akshay, Read and Oxhae are all DRW alumni. Akshay started at DRW in 2013 on the Energy Desk trading WTI and Brent crude options. He then moved to metals for four years before moving out to London where he's been ever since. The pair also spent some time in an options training class together way back in the day. They talk about their journey from there to call it crypto today.
