Is DBE on the Anode First?

Even with a microscope, it's difficult to tell the difference. We did scanning electron microscope imaging plus a chemical test to verify that it was DBE. And even then it's not like 100%. That's like 99% sure of whether it's DBE or not. So I'm hoping to get that with the cell for Monroe.
