Streamlining the Referral Process for Primary Care Providers
Primary care providers often have a sadt amount of minutes, seven to 15 if you're lucky, to interact with their member and their patient. So there's not a lot of down for practitioners to actually request this consult from our specialty network. Video eases it, because some people are more inclined to just do a quick recording. But the second thing is that we've offered other ways to request expertise so they can start a draft consul an come back later when they're doing the rest of their documentation in a text fashion.
