The Most Important Thing About Web Three
A lot of the chatter about web three usually falls into different focal points. So some one might be arguing in favor of ownership or participation, or maybe it's decentralization. How do you reason through these different focal points and how they relate to defining web three? I don't think anyone cares how decentralized something is. But we care what de centralization ennables. And the thing that we care about is credible neutrality. That says that devs can build on top of this who know that the rules can't be changed from underneath them arbitrarily.
