The Importance of Emotional Connection in Business

Relevancy is really important. You, you are now relevant to me. And that's why emotional connection is a foundational habit. But you also understand me relevance for me starts with problems I'm trying to solve. So if I know what my expectations are, and typically gonna it's typically going to drive my behaviors. Leading vision is about getting to that, getting to that connection milestone of the buyer in the way that we position our message. We do that through buyer value proof points and metrics. Those really great relatable customer stories. Ultimately, these are all examples of outcomes that a buyer would relate to.
