Being professional looks like being in control. I don't show doubts, because doubts make me look bad or weak. Soi sort of very, tends to be pretty in a rational self. That generally is not, it's not valued, the caring side of ourselves. Even though every organization is different, there tend to be these generic aspects of what is valued and what is not valued.
