WU has terrible pedagogical knowledge and very few roots in for rationalists. I think it's mostly a matter of prerequisites. There's no reason someone would inherently be unable to learn it aside from pre prerequisite, in my opinion. Some evidence for this? Bessel van der Kolk writes about a population of trauma patients who have surprisingly low body awareness. In one case, he describes someone who cannot tell when they're being massaged.
