The AIS is funded by the federal government. They provide funding to hockey and we run our program strategically as we think is best for the sport. We are very cognizant of making sure that athletes are thriving in their environment, so they're not worried about day to day what's happening with employment or whatever. So encouraging them to have we structure training so they are able to work or study. But it's difficult. It's hard. I mean, as I said before, we've got it. 40% of the funding for the women's program was taken off the women, which is meant we need to change the program away from being centralized.
