Do You See Any Prospect of a Court Granting Such a Request?
Once the information is turned over, the case is moot. Once those documents go over, there's no claim any more. And i don't think a court is going to accept that there's any invalidity to the arguments that the committee doesn't have a legislative purpose. I'm the only one that i think there's a reasonable and i would not say it's likely, but there's more of a chance.
