What Is Value Hacking?

A lot of start ups focus on growth overvalyes. And i i call it fake growth. Only when you've proven your value hypothesis do you start to test your growth hypothesis. The trick an value hacking is to say, ok, in the insight phase, i posed a truth. Now in the value hacking phase, i need to discover the truth. I need to validate that it'sthat my idea was true.
