The Synod's Discussion of Confessional Difficulties

The Christian Reform Church's 2023 Synod dealt with a number of issues. They denied an appeal to remove a deacon from her position and said she no longer meets the biblical qualifications for being a deacon. The church urged congregations to be places for belonging for LGBTQ plus members seeking to follow Christ. And then there's also they covered something on assisted suicide, among other things.
