He trains from ten in the morning until 11, 11 30 and then plays squash from noon to one,. Then i have a napof lunch, of course first. And then i'm back again on court from seven to eight 30 for match play. It's not easy when you're sore and when you're tired, to wake up the next day and do the same thing. You just wear out after your your professional career.
