Many of those who are suffering are not seeking help or treatment, or they may not even know how to vocalize what they are feeling. They may pull away from family and friends and isolate themselves, a known precursor to suicidal ideation. They may be suffering from undiagnosed traumatic brain injuries that mimics psychological ailments or PTSD.
