How to Figure Out What Your Culture Is Really Like

I think culture, everybody has one, even if you think we don't really have a culture. You just don't know what it is. So I'd love to know how can you reliably figure out what your culture is really like, how other people experience you. One of the things that I have learned and found that works in, you know, individuals I've had the opportunity to interact with is you ask and often talk to that in an anonymous way because people don't feel safe.
