Erici: Fear and past mistakes as a paralyzed will is what i call it in the book. I like that those two are the front loaded common distractions, almost a lens to look at some of the other ones through. How can we be ahead of the curve? And maybe do a quick pulse check in terms of kneeding like a digital detoc yea. But for me, erici i go back to, i encourage everybody to do a digita detox at least once, but preferably once a year.
