Mikoskey: Once you have commitment to do things so now become it's a this is a power if someone says are you going to come to my party on Saturday. The best answer to say is let me think about it. If you get run over by an ambulance and your first thing should be to say is can you take me to the party and promise to go to. Literally that's how strong your commitment should be. And then it start taking all of your commitments to doing what you say yes to and saying no to what you want to say no to. That's a big part of regaining your power because knowing the truth about the afterlife starts with regaining your own
