Reward Yourself

For myself, i learned from really good salespeople. And some of the ways that i found were salespeople that are good reward themselves. He used to do it by saying, as soon as i made two cause, i moing to go have a frozen yogart. I mean, i woing to sit and read my book under the tree, or whatever little thing just to give myself a little more energy to go to the next part of my day. It's not rocket science.
