The Bell Curve of Fulfillment
By the time people get to the late 30s, early 40s in most cases, they begin to recognize that if they stay in this place, life is going to be a bell curve of fulfillment. If we're fortunate, however, there's a level four identity available that people once they know about it almost intrinsically begin to embark on. Level four doesn't see themselves primarily as separate from other people and things are connected to all of it. They're empowered because they can now be trusted with the power that comes from that source.
