The Tour De France: Stage 4

The stage is 176 kilometers up and down in the Basque countryside all day with no climbs longer than about eight minutes. The last 30 cases of this was raced really hard, but as Benji said, it's not kicked off super early. I need to test my memory of Nolden Spanish climbs and see if this is the identical stage that Yaman won. Did he win this?
