Psychological evidence shows that emotional stability, which is kind of the major part of happiness and cheerfulness, does not actually correlate that much with agreeableness. So at the very least, you need to find one who has a kindness and a compassion and empathy level that is equivalent to yours. If she is less than that, it will leave you feeling emotionally drained. It really doesn't matter hardly at all for short-term mating. Women look for a tender defender. They want a guy who's kind, but also assertive and strong and confident.
