I think it's a matter of sitting down and deciding like what really matters, what has to be done. And then I would also say that even more than work being supportive, you've got to have the right support beyond that. Our company has really looked at people as people and I make sure that I really try to do that with my team as well. The fact that we can do that from home now makes a huge difference.
