I meditate every morning for about 15 minutes and I don't do any Buddhist style of meditation though I have in the past. Just sitting there and experiencing it, not judging it, not trying to set aside or change anything. Just listening to it my own body has to say because the body is incapable of lying. And then so then I know but then I get my answer like oh I was wondering about the solution to that problem. Then I'm able to radiate gratitude or contemplate a problem or something like that.
