If we can demonstrate value between that first booking and when they show up, like ideally they're really looking forward to showing up. And so that's as simple as having a buffer. Do not have back to back calls where you could be having an amazing conversation or demo with somebody and then go, oh no, we're running over for the next call. So if you're scattered rushing from one to the other, if you haven't had a chance to look at their notes, you're showing up and you're going through the motions which means you won't be all that good. You come in there with a whole different sense of confidence, with understanding and ability to listen.
