The Concept of Domain Driven Design and Conway's Law

Cloud architect says many organizations are not organized for building microservices. Conway's law states that any organization that designs the system will produce a design whose structure is a copy of their communication structure. For example, an e-commerce company teams may be structured around domain components rather than application layer that they specialize in.
