Hybrid Working

20% of organisations largely want to go back to the way things were. 17% who want to do it but not sure how. For those stuck in the past or unable to adapt, are they going to miss out on best talent? I think this plays very differently in different places. There might be places where going back to the office has been much more prevalent choice. It's always an evolving and so whatever we've learned through the pandemic, a good approach is kind of like doing a good evaluation of what have we missed by remote and hybrid working? What can we bring back?
