It takes a lot of execution and execution is the hardest part right? We have over 130 SDRs we have over 400 salespeople globally. So it almost sounds like you're running a military operation there in terms of the amount of coordination sequencing and orchestration. Yeah I think you've got to prescribe the amount of personalization to what the account needs so our layer where the AEs are nominating accounts very very boutique one-off that's all hand curated. Our programmatic layer also curated is just a one-to-one experience at scale.
