How to Avoid Always Feeling Hungry
The feeling of hunger can be difficult to explain sometimes, especially if you feel like you've eaten as much as you usually do. All foods that are rich in sugar, carbs or fats increase feelings of hunger. The production of dopamine in our bodies actually depends on what we have for breakfast and one of the hormones functions is to manage hunger. By skipping breakfast you have less dopamine in the body and are therefore more likely to snack. Having a small snack around tea time is a good idea - it will help balance out your calories over the course of day.
