Is This Going to Be a Rallying Cry for the Democrats?
If this decision is as it seems to night, which we do not know that, of course, the democrats are not waiting for that. They are trying to use this to rally their their basis in the midturm elections. One senior democrat who advises a congressional campaigns as well as the white house call it an epic but uphill battle. This could change everything. But one thing is becoming clear, as we are of getting early reactions to this. I'm told the white house is not going to have a comment this evening, but the president could speak to it as early as to morrow.
