The Problem With Chatbots

There have already been plenty of real world examples where people are using this and it's screwing things up for their business or for commerce. It really can get hard to discern what's true and what's not, which again is a really big problem if we haven't gotten that across yet. I think they're still figuring out what to do about it. Maybe just go spend some quality time with your little chat bot.
