The Magic Number of Speed in Running
There's two ways to gain speed. Cajuns are frequency of how often we strike the ground. And secondly, our distance perstride. When you put someone in a sprinting environment, I can then see, do they reach for their speed through the leg reaching out in front of them or over-striding? So for me, it's seeing what they do in a speed environment and then using that information to kind of go from there.
