How to Practice Gratitude as a Strategic Weapon

I've very rarely seen people practice gratitude as a strategic weapon. It's usually fake, to be honest. And what almost always happens is they'll end off the sales process very well, but there's no follow through after that. I think that if you start from that place of gratitude and abundance, it changes the sale. People get wrapped up in whatever is going to be the growth piece where we're going to go next. Are you going to look at this day with scarcity or looking for opportunities? Or are you going to focus on having more than one cup of coffee every morning?
