The Importance of Mysticism
I come from a southern Baptist background and there's a huge focus within that denomination of scripture being the only method of revelation any matter with God. And so you have biblicism being sort of anti mysticism. So Lewis is so well loved among southern Baptists and a lot of evangelicals that I think they don't want to see that side of him. They are correct if someone says I received a new revelation and there's actually four persons of the Trinity.
