The Yellen Speech on China Whack a Mole

There was no sense of panic about China as an enemy, which I think is a sensible middle ground on this whole demonizing China. What seems to be missing from multiple administration accounts is any sense that maybe the rules are actually good. We need to focus on our reconstruction, if you will. And I like the running faster part of the equation. The old world is gone, and we're in a new world and we need to do things differently.
