The Failure of the Russian Military
The failure of the russian military is a combination of systemic shortcomings. They have been easy prey for a more agile, skilful and much more resilient and resolute ucranian opposition. The money was intended to buy high quality rations that sustain a military doing very tiring things in the field on an enduring basis. And at least in some cases, what has turned up was aly dog food that had been relabelled as premium beef and was already seven years out of date.
