The Problem With Executive Status in Air Canada
This is a leadership problem, not an employee problem. The reason employees really want to take care of us is because usually those employees really feel taken care of and it's the same companies. It doesn't require excessive amounts of training to know this is fair and that's unfair. I guarantee you she doesn't like her job. And now look what's happening. Not only did they not get my $500 because I waited my hour, but here I am talking about we're trash in Air Canada. It's terrible customer service on Air Canada. And it's Canada. That's double worst.
