The Border Crisis Is Not a COVID Crisis
The courts should not be in the business of perpetuating administrative edicts designed for one emergency only because elected officials have failed to address a different emergency. The 19 Republican states certainly are going to have a hard time saying that the pandemic is so bad that they're against vaccine mandates and all forms, but also it's definitely still going on at the border.
