Solar PV - Is PPA Pricing a Good Idea?

PPA prices may only reflect stuff that's going to be built in a few. So at a global level particularly for solar PV it was coming consistently under our LCO estimate. We have to make assumptions about O&M and particularly the cost of capital but these are as if you like as good as we think we can get.
